The latest local home sales in the area include a luxury condominium on a Wallingford golf course and newly built colonials in Southington and Meriden.
A condominium at Tradition Golf Club in Wallingford, 30 Fairway Drive, was recently sold by Lorraine Mongrain to Anthony C. Cusano Jr. for $449,000. The 2,469 square foot condo has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car garage and a deck overlooking the golf course. Other amenities include a sunken living room, jacuzzi tub and granite countertops. The property last sold for $489,900 in 2004 and has an estimated value of $471,500.
In Southington, a newly built colonial in a new 17-lot subdivision off West Center Street, 10 Fragola Drive, was recently sold by the developer to Lisa Case for $423,000. The 2,088 square foot, three bedroom, two-and-a-half bedroom home sits on about a half acre lot and was built this year. The home features hardwood floors, granite countertops and a two-car garage.
In Meriden, a home built last year in an existing subdivision, 139 Cariati Boulevard, was recently purchased from the developer by Samantha Turner for $294,000. The 2,243 square foot, three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home, sits on nearly an acre of land and features hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and a finished basement. Cariati Boulevard is off Riverside Drive in South Meriden.
