MERIDEN — A ranch on three acres in the southeast corner of the city with extensive renovations and upgrades has sold for $265,000.
Deborah Ericksen sold the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 323 Fleming Road to David and Liza Joyner, according to city records.
The home was previously owned by a contractor, who listing agent Linda Bohne previously said was “very meticulous” with the renovations.
“If you could have seen the before and after, they don’t look anywhere the same,” she said.
The 2,400 square-foot house has hardwood floors, new tile and tongue-and-groove ceilings. A deck was also added to a pool in the home’s backyard.
The home has ample outdoor storage with multiple sheds and a small barn. There’s a wet bar in addition to two bedrooms. The basement is level with the driveway.
Close to the Wallingford and Middlefield town lines, the house has a country atmosphere.
