Meriden teachers Jennifer Ward, Kelly Roman guests on “The Hour”

MERIDEN — Two Meriden teachers appear on this month's edition of Jim Pellegrino’s statewide TV show “The Hour,” which airs tonight at 6 on Cox Meriden, Southington and Cheshire public access TV channels.

Jennifer Ward, a teacher at Maloney High School, and Kelly Roman, a teacher at Platt High School, discuss student centered learning. 

 In another segment, Paul Pettersen, political science professor at Central Connecticut State University, talks about the upcoming state and national elections.

In a third segment, Joe Brennen, president of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association, discusses the economy and the upcoming elections and also the state legislature.

“The Hour” also airs tonight at 7 on Nutmeg Cable. It is available on AT&T U-verse, online at www.ccsu.edu/thehour, and can be found in the iTunesU section of iTunes.

Pellegrino is a Meriden resident.
