NORTH HAVEN — Police say a high school student was charged last week after making a threat to “shoot up school” on social media.
The threat was posted on a social media platform 30 days ago, but police said it was found recently by the North Haven High School resource officer working in collaboration with the school district’s IT manager as part of a harassment investigation.
The student was found to have no access to firearms and there is no threat to the school, according to police.
