Plainville police remind motorists to buckle up

Record-Journal

With Thanksgiving upon us, Connecticut’s law enforcement agencies intend to promote safe driving and increase the protection of all motorists. Law enforcement officials are out on Connecticut’s roads enforcing State Occupant Protection laws and issuing citations to those who are unbuckled.

The Plainville Police Department will be participating in the Click It Or Ticket Campaign by conducting random spot checks, check points, and directed patrols Nov. 20-27 to ensure compliance with Connecticut’s seatbelt and child safety seat laws.
