PLAINVILLE – Prospective homeowners can check out three properties on the market this Sunday in Plainville.

From 11 a.m., to 1 p.m. two properties will have open houses on James Place and Prentice Street.

A three-bedroom, three-bath custom built colonial is listed for $399,900 at 3 James Place.
