SOUTHINGTON — A Manchester man has been charged after police said he was found with crack cocaine during a traffic stop.
Pablo Feliciano, 38, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to display registration plates. He was initially held on $25,000 bond.
An officer stopped the car Feliciano was driving after police received a report of a car without a plate on Spring Street. The officer found a rock-like substance on the floor of the car that he believed was crack cocaine, Lt. Stephen Elliott said. Police found additional crack cocaine throughout the car.
Officers later discovered Feliciano’s license was suspended and he had an arrest warrant for violation of probation.
