SOUTHINGTON — A Middletown woman faces charges after police said she broke into a local home and stole more than $20,000 worth of jewelry and coins.
Molly Rothschild, 26, of Middletown, was charged Monday with first-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.
On May 11, police investigated a residential burglary on Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike. Police determined Rothschild entered a home and stole the jewelry and a container with about $500 in change, said police spokesman Sgt. Jeffrey Dobratz.
Rothschild’s bond was set at $20,000.
