Wharton Arms, 286 S. Elm St., has an asking price of $3,470,000. Built in 1965, the property consists of three two-story buildings with a total of 25 two-bedroom units that have one and a half bathrooms.
According to town land records, the net total appraised parcel value is $1,273,900.
The exteriors are brick veneer with wood truss roofs covered in asphalt. Other features include air conditioning and carpeted floors.
Parsons Manor, 24 Parsons St., has an asking price of $1,595,000. Built in 1964, it’s a two-story building with 12 two-bedroom units that have one bathroom each. Parsons Street is located off South Colony Road (Route 5).
The net total appraised parcel value is $790,600.
The building has brick veneer exteriors and a flat roof with a tar and gravel cover.
Every apartment has washer and dryer hookups, air conditioning and carpeted floors.
Northeast Private Client Group, a real estate investment group, is managing the sale. Representatives were unavailable for comment.
