State Recognition

On Tuesday, May 13, Senator Joseph Markley, Representative David Zoni, and Representative Robert Sampson recognized the outstanding performance of Southington High School athletic programs of softball, football, gymnastics and the individual state champions from track and wrestling. They presented Dr. Martin Semmel and Director of Athletics Eric Swallow a State of Connecticut General Assembly Official Citation recognizing the student athletes, coaches, and administration for the past year of success stating the program represented our town with tremendous pride and dignity.
