Saint Dominic student leaders host annual Senior Lunch

On Friday, May 16, the Saint Dominic School student leaders from the fifth grade class hosted 140 seniors from the Southington community. Saint Dominic School provides a senior luncheon annually, giving the student leaders an opportunity to participate and experience in ‘giving back’ to the community.

Welcoming the senior citizens, handwritten notes from the pre-kindergarten students were placed at their tables, lunch was served by the entire fifth Grade student class and entertainment provided by the Saint Dominic School Chorus. This event would not be possible without the leadership from Saint Dominic School, Saint Dominic Church and Darylanne Archambault, food service manager.
