New bin at library for bookstore donations

The Friends of the Southington Library have recently installed a new Drop Off bin for book donations for their Bookstore in the lower level of the library. The bin is located in the back adjacent to the parking lot in front of the staff entrance near Meriden Avenue. All donations of books must now be placed in the bin, for they can no longer be left at the bottom of the stairs as in the past.

Or, residents may drop off their donations in the Bookstore during its hours of operation. The hours are Monday and Thursday from 2 to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 8:30 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.(except during July and August). As always, thank you for supporting the Friends of the Library bookstore.
