Ballin’ for Autism

On Sunday, May 4, families and volunteers came together for Ballin’ for Autism at the Meriden YMCA, organized by Hanover Special Education teacher and Maloney High School Football Coach Kevin Frederick and Meriden YMCA member Johansen Wilson and sponsored by Welcome to My World Autism. The event included games and swimming followed by a three on three basketball tournament. Coach Frederick asked the Maloney Football team members if they would like to volunteer at the event. Thank you to everyone who attended, played in the tournament and volunteered to help. Ten families were helped by the proceeds from the event.
