What are my subscription options?
We have three subscription options: print and digital, digital only, and print only. Click on the appropriate subscription to find out which is right for you.
R-J All Access – Includes a 7-day print subscription and full access to our Record-Journal content on a variety of digital platforms, including Myrecordjournal.com, our iPad app, the E-Edition, our mobile site and our online archives. To find out more, click here.

What are my automatic payment options for my subscription?
For R-J All Access and Record-Journal print only subscriptions, our EZ Pay Credit Card Payment option removes the need for paper bills in the mail. The EZ Pay option automatically renews your subscription monthly. To find out more about EZ Pay, contact our Customer Service Center at at 203- 634-3933 or email us at email@example.com. Our Customer Service Hours are Monday-Friday, 6AM-5PM, Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 6AM-10AM.
R-J Digital Access (digital only) accounts automatically renew every month and can be managed by going to https://accounts.mypressplus.com. You can also manage your user information, including your username and password, at that link.
I’m already a 7-day print subscriber. How can I activate my digital account?
If you are a 7-day subscriber to the Record-Journal newspaper, you can activate your digital account by going to www.Myrecordjournal.com/rjallaccess and clicking on the “Activate” button. Simply follow the prompts on the screen after clicking the “Activate” button. Your name and address information is necessary to activate your digital account.
I’m a Record-Journal newspaper subscriber but I do not receive the paper every day. What are my digital options?
You have three options. You can continue to enjoy limited digital content on Myrecordjournal.com and on our mobile site. To enjoy all of our digital products, you can upgrade your account to an R-J All Access account, which gives you the full complement of our content in print and digital form every day. Or, you can add an R-J Digital Access subscription (digital only) to your non-seven-day print subscription. For more information, click here.

Where do I manage my digital account information?
You can manage your digital account information, including user name and password, by going to https://accounts.mypressplus.com. If you are an R-J Digital Access (digital only) subscriber, you can manage your payment information there as well.
What if I’m not ready to sign up for a subscription at this point?
If you’re not ready to sign up for a subscription at this point, you can still enjoy limited digital content on www.Myrecordjournal.com and on our mobile site. How do I tip my newspaper carriers?
You may include carrier tips with your renewal payments, send a separate check or money order, or include it as a fixed amount in your monthly EZ Pay debit.
How do I put my subscription on hold?
To put your home newspaper delivery on hold, simply call us at 203-634-3933 or use our online service to sign up for a Vacation Package by clicking here (we save all copies of the Record-Journal for you while you are away). We also have our vacation donation program where your saved copies are donated to a local school to be used in their Literacy through Newspapers program.
I didn’t receive my paper, or my paper is damaged. What should I do?
To report a missed, damaged or incomplete paper, simply call us at 203-634-3933 before 10AM Monday-Sunday and we will redeliver a replacement paper that day. You can also contact us about a delivery concern by clicking here.
How do I change the address or name on my R-J All Access or print only subscription?
To update your address, simply call us at 203-634-3933 or communicate your new address (or name change), to us online by clicking here.
What happens when my payment expires?
If you are an R-J All Access or print only subscriber, you’ll hear from us before your payment expires. We communicate regularly with our readers, sending renewal notices, making expire alert phone calls as well as having your carrier deliver a notification that your subscription is about to expire. In the event we are unable to contact you through these methods and your payment reaches its end, your subscription will be temporarily suspended until contact is made.
If you are an R-J Digital Access (digital only) subscriber, your subscription is automatically renewed every month. To cancel or update the autopayment, or to handle your account settings, go to https://accounts.mypressplus.com/login.html.
How do I secure a back copy of the Record-Journal?
For back copies or for other individual day purchase options, simply call us at 203-634-3933 or email us at email@example.com.
How do I submit news or press release?
To submit news or a press release, email your information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I submit a Letter to the Editor?
Record-Journal readers are invited to send letters on topics of general interest (no more than once in a calendar month).

From Sept. 1 and until the deadline of 4 p.m. on the Wednesday before the November election (Oct. 30), political letters (ones which mention any candidate or party by name, including on the signature line), are limited to 100 words maximum. Writers whose letters are printed in October are ineligible for another political letter published before Election Day.
We require that you include your address and a daytime telephone number where you may be reached for verification purposes (unless you tell us otherwise, both kept confidential). Be sure to edit your comments to 300 words so we do not need to do so. Do not mention businesses by name, please. We reserve the right to edit all letters submitted to the Record-Journal.
