Meriden police search for missing teen

MERIDEN — Police are asking for help locating a 16-year-old girl missing since Thursday evening.

Jamie Chace, a Platt High School student, was last seen at her home about 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

She is described as having a light complexion with dark brown hair, blue eyes and a tattoo on her left arm, police say. She was wearing a black “Mountain Mist Daycare” sweatshirt, blue jeans and black boots.

Police say she suffers from depression and her family is concerned for her welfare.

If anyone sees her or know where she is, they are asked to call the Meriden Police Department at (203) 630-6215.
