Missing Meriden 70 year-old man has been found


MERIDEN — Police located a local man that had been missing since this weekend.

Jorge Sanchez, 80, was last seen by family members Saturday at about 6 p.m. Police described him as a thin, dark-skinned Hispanic male about five-feet, seven-inches in height. He has a pacemaker and takes medication.

A Silver Alert was issued for Sanchez. Lt. Sal Nesci sent a statement early Tuesday morning that Sanchez had been located.
