MERIDEN — The following people were charged by police April 12:

Jacen Tyler Graham, 21, 55 Willow St., South 106, making a false report, 12:30 a.m.

Janea M. White, 47, 115 Linsley Ave., disorderly conduct, 12:36 a.m.

Jason Vega, 22, 29 N. First St., second floor, operating without insurance, operating unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have stop lamps, 12:48 a.m.

Steeve Hernandez, 21, 22 North St., second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, interfering with police, disorderly conduct, interfering with emergency call, 2:30 a.m.

Francisco Santana, 24, 116 Hobart St., disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering, unlawful restraint, 4:13 a.m.
