The Wallingford Historical Society will host a free program called ‘Connecticut Made: local resources and cottage industries’ at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, at the First Baptist Church, 114 N. Main St.

Cynthia Parzych is a Connecticut native who went on a nostalgic journey where she learned about the state’s creative entrepreneurs. She will share her experiences and what she discovered and possibly inspire others to take their own road trip. Everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served.
