Wallingford crash sends five to hospital


WALLINGFORD — Five people were taken to MidState Medical Center in Meriden as a result of a two-car accident on North Colony Road Monday night.

Battalion Chief Jim Duffy of the Wallingford Fire Department said the crash occurred at about 7:50 p.m. in the vicinity of 1164 North Colony. None of the injuries were serious in nature, Duffy said.
