WALLINGFORD — A local man faces drug charges after police say he sold narcotics and hallucinogens to undercover officers over the summer.
James Walsh, 21, of 253 N. Colony Road was arrested and charged with sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics, sale of hallucinogens and possession of hallucinogens.
Lt. Marc Mikulski, police spokesman, said Walsh was arrested on a warrant from incidents over the summer. The cases involved Walsh selling drugs to undercover police twice, Mikulski said. Walsh was picked up by Middletown police on unrelated charges and served with the warrant from Wallingford, Mikulski said.
Walsh was held on a $75,000 bond and is due in Meriden Superior Court Oct. 28.
