13 things to do this weekend, including Durham Fair

Record-Journal

The sun is forecast to return this weekend as Hurricane Jose moves on just in time for some great events. The semi-annual Quinnipiac River cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, with volunteer meet-ups in Wallingford and Southington.

Farmers markets are going strong in Meriden and Wallingford, and volunteer opportunities abound at a civic engagement fair in Cheshire. Don’t forget the Durham Fair, which kicked off Thursday and runs through the weekend.
