NEW HAVEN - Attorneys for Steven Hayes and Joshua Komisarjevsky talked with New Haven State's Attorney Michael Dearington this morning in another pre-trial meeting but no details were available.

Komisarjevsky and Hayes are both being held without bond in the murders of a Cheshire woman and her two daughters July 23, 2007.

Jennifer Hawke-Petit, 48, and her children Hayley, 17, and Michaela, 11, were killed during a robbery of their Sorghum Mill Road home. Their husband and father, Dr. William Petit, was severely beaten and left for dead.

The house was set on fire as the two men reportedly tried to get away. Hayes and Komisarjevsky were caught by police leaving the scene in one of the Petit's cars.

According to Dearington, nothing has been filed in court as yet but the two sides continue to talk. He would not elaborate, citing a gag order imposed by Judge Richard A. Damiani.

The case was continued until June 16.
