Hazardous weather warning in effect


The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for today.

Rain is expected to be heavy at times with areas of fog. Winds will be 11 to 21 miles an hour, with gusts up to 39 miles an hour. Between half an inch and three quarters of an inch of rain is possible during the day. The rain is forecast to continue until 2 a.m., accumulating up to two inches more.
