WALLINGFORD — Emergency crews are responding to a report of a small truck fire on the Interstate 91 exit 14 ramp.
Fire officials said crews were just arriving on scene just after 8 a.m. It is unclear if it is on the north or southbound side. State police said they are not responding because the incident is on the city street part of the area. No other details were available.
