Berlin Animal Control held a drawing contest with the town’s elementary schools, where students were asked to draw a picture of a dog wearing a collar and tag.

One picture was selected to represent each school; then the top three were picked. Those drawings will be featured on Berlin dog license applications, and the artists were awarded special prizes.
