NEW BUSINESS: Cortney’s serves up dips & sauces

Cortney Troup makes one-of-a-kind dips, exclusively using cottage cheese, at Cortney’s Dips & Sauces. She has been making the beloved family recipe Savory Onion & Peppercorn for over 30 years. This is her father’s recipe and the family couldn’t go anywhere without being asked to bring the “cottage cheese dip.”

Cortney’s Dips & Sauces, located at 1400 Berlin Turnpike, carries seven flavor varieties of cottage cheese dip. These dips are healthy, kid-approved and fun to eat. She blends the cottage cheese, making the texture smooth and creamy where even the pickiest eaters are shocked to find out they are eating cottage cheese.

Cortney’s dips make a great snack, light meal or can be added into a variety of dishes as a sauce or accompaniment. They go fantastic with chips and are just as delicious cooked into scrambled eggs or topping a baked potato.

Cortney’s Dips & Sauces does curbside pick-up with preorder via cortneysdipsandsauces.com. Cortney’s offers a “Dip of the Week” option at a discounted price that includes free local delivery to Berlin and surrounding towns.

Cortney’s will soon be open daily and is looking to be a one-stop shop for partygoers. The store will have host/hostess gifts available so you can grab your dips, chips and a small gift and be on your way.

Cortney’s is looking forward to working with local vendors and offering pop-up opportunities during the holidays.
