For the 2021-22 academic year, Berlin Public Schools has opted to participate in the Seamless Summer Option of the National School Lunch Program. Therefore, all student meals offered will be free of charge.
However, in order to determine if students are eligible for other benefits such as Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT), households are encouraged to complete and submit a free and reduced-price school meal application.
The eligibility guidelines are seen above. The application is available on the district website, berlinschools.org, at school offices, and at the Board of Education office.
For up to 30 operating days into the new school year, eligibility from the previous year will continue.
