Another easy way to enjoy pumpkin spice is to make pancakes at home! Here is an easy, quick recipe for any morning.
-1 cup oats
-2 tbsp pumpkin
-2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1.Use a blender or food processor to blend all the ingredients together.
2.On a pan set to low-medium heat, cook pancake batter for a few minutes each side. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips onto batter if desired.
3.Remove from heat and top with your choice of butter, syrup or whipped cream.
