North Haven educator Lenore Martinelli, President of the Connecticut State Organization of the Delta Kappa Gamma (DKG) Society International, recently joined other members of Zeta Chapter of DKG in welcoming their newest member, Candice Lott, at the Oct. 19, Induction Dinner. Candice, an educator at the Community Action Agency, coordinates programs for towns in and around New Haven, including North Haven and Hamden. DKG promotes professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education, provides scholarships and grants, and funds initiatives to assist children and families. Zeta Chapter consists of key women educators in the Greater New Haven area.
