Students at Washington Middle School have been busy with STEM!

Mrs. Rios's Family and Consumer Science class and Mr. Weber's Technology Education classes teamed up to design and print items using the new 3D food printer. 8th graders; Katie Kohlun, Luke Skitromo, Melanie Gamez-Rodriguez and Daijen Salinas all learned the program Tinker Cad in Tech Ed and then designed and printed items relating to their culture in Mrs. Rios's Foods of the World course.

WMS's new food printer is able to print objects in chocolate, marzipan, fondant and more! Great job!
