The Scarecrows are coming to the North Haven Green

The North Haven Garden Club in conjunction with North Haven Parks & Recreation Department and North Haven Memorial Library Childrens Department, are sponsoring the third annual Scarecrow Contest from Oct. 22 to Nov. 5.  Join in the fun and show off your creative talent by making a scarecrow or two.  The contest is open to everyone, whether it be a civic groups or businesses, families, tots- 5 & under, tweens 5-12, and teens 13-18.  There is a fee associated with the contest which will donated to the North Haven Community Services and the North Haven Childrens Library. Forms are available at Parks and Recreation Department and the North Haven Library and local businesses or by contacting the North Haven Garden Club at nhgccindy@yahoo.com.
