5 injured in Berlin after car goes down ravine in Hubbard Park



BERLIN — Five people were injured after the car they were in went down a ravine on Peak Drive in Hubbard Park on Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Peak Drive is in both Berlin and Meriden and goes directly to Meriden's Castle Craig.

According to police, the accident occurred around 4 p.m.

Authorities said that the extent of the injuries was unknown and that some were transported to the hospital.

Berlin Police and Fire departments were both at the scene.

According to Meriden Police, parts of Peak Drive in Meriden were blocked off while the scene was being investigated.
