Woman faces auto theft, drug charges in Meriden

MERIDEN — A woman faces charges after police said she was found driving a stolen car on Thursday. 

Lindsay Cirigilano, 33, of 26 Sleepy Hill, Newington, was charged with first-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell. 

Officers stopped the car, a Dodge Charger with Alabama license plates, Thursday afternoon in the area of 43 E. Main St. 

Police reported finding cocaine and suboxone patches in the vehicle, the report said. 

Cirigilano was taken into custody and later released on $10,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Sept. 16.
