MERIDEN — The National Weather Service is forecasting snow in the Meriden area Tuesday night into Wednesday on the heels of unseasonably warm temperatures.
Rain is expected to switch over to snow late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning with lows around 29 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 90% with snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
The snow is forecast to continue through Wednesday morning with a high near 33 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 80% with new snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible on Wednesday.
