A Hamden man is facing several charges in connection to a residential burglary which took place in North Haven in late May.

Xuanting Yan, 37, was arrested by North Haven police on Aug. 29 and charged with second-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny, payment card theft, and illegal use of a credit card. In a social media post following Yan’s arrest, the North Haven Police Department said he “is a suspect in multiple residential and commercial burglaries in the area.”

“Great job by our officers and detectives, as well as area agencies who assisted with this investigation,” the NHPD stated.
