Ideal candidate

Editor:

I am proud to lend my endorsement to Joey Catanzaro running for Plainville Town Council. Joey is a lifelong Plainville resident, a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and has a steadfast commitment to public service. Joey’s background in business development and his passion for community and charity work make him an ideal candidate for Town Council. Joey will fight for education, fight for fiscal responsibility and lead the charge for bi-partisan cooperation. I am honored to lend my support.

Erin Stewart,
Mayor of New Britain

Re-elect Morante

Editor:

We have known Rosemary Morante for 50 years and strongly endorse her re-election to the Town Council.

Rosemary thoroughly researches issues to arrive at decisions to enhance the quality of life in Plainville – development, environment, public safety and municipal services.

A lifelong resident of Plainville and a PHS alum, Rosemary also holds degrees from Trinity, the University of Rhode Island and the University of Hartford. She has been Town Council liaison to the Conservation Committee, the Committee on Aging and Library Trustees. Rosemary is also extremely active in the Plainville Historical Society.

Based on her strong commitment, we strongly urge you to re-elect Rosemary on election day.

Catanzaro for council

Editor:

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit this letter of endorsement for the candidacy of Republican Joey Catanzaro for Plainville Town Council.

I am a Democrat who wants to endorse Joey. This is a young, energetic and capable person, who cares about his community.  I believe that bipartisan concepts can work well for Plainville, and Joey Catanzaro represents those types of values.

Daniel M. Salerno,
New Britain Common Council
