According to Phase 2 of the state’s reopening plan, restaurants can reach 50 percent capacity for indoor seating. Restaurants were given guidelines to follow when re-opening. Some of the rules include staff wearing masks at all times, no-touch or disposable menus, and utensils being rolled or packaged.
