WALLINGFORD — Those who witnessed a loose bull found it to be a “moo-ving” experience on Wednesday morning.
Lt. Stephen Jaques of the Wallingford Police Department confirmed in an email to the Record-Journal that a bull was loose around 8:54 a.m. in the area of North Branford Road and Whirlwind Hill Road.
The news also spread on Facebook posts. There were several jokes from responders.
“You are going to milk this for all it’s worth,” offered one post. “Hazard cowplops in road” was another.
Jacques said in his email that the bull was secured around 9:26 a.m.
