Affordable housing in Wallingford topic on ‘Citizen Mike’

WALLINGFORD — On the current episode of the “Citizen Mike Show,” host Mike Brodinsky and the CEO of Connecticut Housing Partners, Renee Dobos, discuss affordable housing from the perspective of a developer.

Earlier this month, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved an affordable housing plan. About 4.37 percent of the town’s housing is considered affordable under state guidelines, according to the plan.
