WALLINGFORD — On the latest episode of the 'Citizen Mike' show, Republican Town Councilor Tom Laffin joins Mike Brodinsky and Chris Shortell to discuss the council's recent vote to explore a statement opposing the governor's schedule for business  re-openings. The three also talk about the possibility of a mill rate freeze, Community Pool, and money in the town's capital account.
